Registration Process

General Instructions:

  • The admission application form can be received at the school office during the working hours from 9.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
  • The admission is confirmed based on the performance of the entrance examination.

Documents Required

The following documents need to be submitted at the time of admission:

  • Provide a photocopy of Birth certificate
  • Provide a photocopy of community certificate.
  • Provide two passport size photograph of child
  • Provide a photocopy of Aadhaar card.
  • Transfer Certificate (if any)
  • Provide a copy of Medical Report
  • Provide a copy of Medical Report
    • Certificate stating Blood Group
    • Immunization Record.
  • Consulting Doctor, and Hospital Phone number.

Fee Schedule

Following is the schedule for payment of fees. The fee needs to be paid on or before the following dates:
